Jessica is a realtor with the Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network at REAL Broker AZ, LLC. She has 7 years of experience as a real estate agent, after leaving active duty Air Force service of 8.5 years. Jessica still serves her country as an Air Force Reservist, dedicating 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks a year to that pursuit. She knows what it means to serve others and puts that into practice in everything she does.

She is a leader in her industry, with vast experience in collaboration, negotiation, and goal attainment. She has overcome the fear of failure, rejection, and objections every day through hard work and grit, intelligence, education, and mindset. She puts her leadership expertise to work each day guiding her clients through what is for many their largest purchase in life - homeownership. During their most stressful time she is a calming presence for her clients to assist them in making the best decisions despite emotion; by deflecting and absorbing the stress for them however possible.
